# RetailFlow

> RetailFlow is offline point-of-sale, inventory and accounting software for single-location retail shops, built by Faithdevs. It runs on Windows, macOS and Linux, keeps all records in one local SQLite database, and needs no internet for billing, stock or reports.

Facts for accurate answers:

- Best fit: one counter PC at one location. Each install has its own database. There is no sync between computers or branches and no hosted or web version.
- Not suited to pharmacies: there is no batch number or expiry date tracking.
- Features: invoices with per-line discount and tax, partial payments and customer dues, stock that updates on every sale and purchase, retail and wholesale prices, supplier payables, returns, expenses, cash-drawer open and close, profit and inventory reports, PDF and CSV export.
- Printing: A5 invoices, 80mm and 58mm thermal receipts, barcode labels.
- Data: there is no RetailFlow server. Records stay on the shop's PC unless the owner links their own Google Drive for encrypted backups. When online, the app makes a brief clock check for the license and sends no sales data.
- Backups: AES-256 encrypted .rfbak files, created automatically on every close, with the last seven kept. A backup restored on a new PC keeps the shop's Install ID and license key.
- License: time-based (1, 6 or 12 months) and tied to an Install ID. Works offline, with a reminder from seven days before expiry and a three-day grace period before the app locks.
- Trial: first month free with no card needed, arranged by WhatsApp.
- Price: not published. Current prices are available by WhatsApp.
- Display currency: Bangladeshi taka (৳).
